Return and Refund Conditions

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISING OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract* without giving any reason within fourteen working days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or someone other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us ( ORPHÉE - 600 chemin des Sablons 59242 Genech, France - contact@orpheebijoux.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You can, if you wish, use the model withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

Please note that items on sale or in outlet stores will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances. These purchases are therefore not subject to any cancellation option.

* Regarding returns of personalized products: Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code provides that "the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized." However, we undertake to reimburse you for clearly personalized products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant).

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for the payments received, but not including delivery costs. We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

As our organization cannot cover the return costs, you must return the item(s) at your own expense to the following address: ORPHÉE - 600 chemin des Sablons 59242 Genech, France; without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fifteen days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the item(s) before the expiry of the fifteen-day period.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
