DELIVERY

How do I track my order?
Go to your personal space, you will find the tracking number of your current shipment there, click and you are on the Post Office website or that of Mondial Relay to check the progress of your order.

What are the delivery times?
- Metropolitan France: delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
- DOM-TOM: delivery takes 5 to 7 working days.
- Europe: Delivery takes 4 to 8 working days.
- International: delivery is 9 to 14 working days.

How long does it take to exchange/return my jewelry?
If you wish to exchange your jewelry due to a ring size problem, you have 15 clear days to make your return.


How do I exchange my jewelry?
You are invited to fill in the details of your order here to make the return. Please note that Orphée does not currently offer free returns. You are therefore requested to return the jewelry to us yourself at your own expense, preferably by tracked mail so that we can check the transit of the return.

How does the loyalty program work?

  1. How to collect points ?

1 euro spent = 1 point.

You also have the possibility of carrying out “missions” which will allow you to earn points.

Yes, our loyalty program rewards referrals.

Once you have reached 250 points , you will receive a voucher worth €10.

Once you have reached 500 points , you will receive a voucher worth €20.
