This is because we start processing your order as soon as it is placed and we need to meet delivery times to satisfy all of our customers.

To request an exchange or refund, it's very simple.

The conditions for returning an item.
You have 15 days after receiving your order to inform us of your return request and send your tracked package.
Once we receive your return package, our team will conduct a quality check to ensure the items are in good condition.
Please note that in accordance with our terms and conditions, personalised items such as engraved items cannot be returned or refunded.
